All About the Safe Period

The ‘safe period’ is a term normally used to describe the days in a girl’s menstrual cycle when she is least likely to get pregnant BUT, ESPECIALLY IN YOUNG WOMEN, THE SO CALLED ‘SAFE PERIODS’ ARE TOTALLY ‘NOT SAFE’ as the ‘timing’ during her menstrual period, as to when her egg is released is extremely unreliable and lots of women have used this as a method of contraception but got pregnant.

People using this method sometimes refer to it as the ‘Rhythm method’.
